INFIERI 2019 was held at the HUAZHONG University of Science and Technology of Wuhan (China). Building on the success of the four previous editions (held in Oxford-2013, Paris-2014, Hamburg-2015, Sao Paulo -Brazil 2017), the Wuhan edition had a specific focus on Brain Science, concentrating on the most advanced technologies in the areas of Medical Physics, High Energy Physics, Data Communication and Big Data.
The programme of activities
included:
1. presentation sessions with specific focuses;
2. setting up of exhibition spaces for the presentation of studies and
prototypes in a variety of interdisciplinary applications, in order to present
them to a qualified audience (representatives of the research world and
business players who visited the Exhibition);
3. in-depth meetings with international experts from academia and industry.
Innomed’s participation, in view of the company’s area of specialisation, was focused on three areas: industrial research, business partnerships, and the valorisation of innovative products.
